When forward rotation measurement exceeds 10 pulses, the anti‑disassembly alarm function becomes active; if the device is disassembled, both the disassembly flag and the historical disassembly flag show faults simultaneously. After the device is reinstalled, once forward rotation measurement exceeds 10 pulses and communication with the non‑magnetic module is normal, the disassembly fault is cleared. The device can store 10 years of annual frozen data and monthly frozen data for the last 128 months, and the cloud platform can query this historical data. Parameter settings can be performed wirelessly either remotely or locally: remote setting is done via the cloud platform, while local setting is done through a production test tool using wireless communication or infrared communication. Finally, the device supports infrared upgrading.
